Akron Children's vaccine clinic

The Akron Children's School Health vaccine team will be hosting an adolescent vaccine clinic at Stanton on November 5, 2026. The vaccines offered will be Flu, Tdap, Meningococcal (MCV4), HPV, and Meningitis B (over age 16 only). Please see the attached parent letter for more information. If you would like your child to participate, please scan the QR code in the parent letter or use the link below to register online, select option 4: School Health. The attached consent must be completed and returned to the school clinic. The deadline to signup is October 29, 2026.
